New brand same business
We’re becoming North Ride
To better reflect what we offer and our geographical area of operation, Älvsby Taxi has changed its name and profile. From now on, we’re North Ride. The owner and organisation are essentially the same, but our new “logo” better portrays the other locations where we have taxi ranks, staff, and services. That is, in addition to Älvsbyn, we’re now operating in Arjeplog, Arvidsjaur and Jokkmokk.
“The new name and brand are perfectly in line with our business and focus, and we’re proud to offer a unique level of availability and service in inland Norrbotten,” says Managing Director David Lindström.

Life changes. And we obviously want to help steer development in the right direction. In recent years, we’ve maintained an unwavering focus on our own transformation, too. Today, 50% of our car fleet is fully electric or gas-hybrid. In addition to replacing vehicles, we’re also making ongoing investments in solar cells, among other things.
